This is a more advanced program than the four-week program.

Weeks one and two are going to be the same, but we will be trying to go heavier each week.
Weeks three and four will have slight changes in some movements, repetitions, and rounds, as well as weights. Week five is the heaviest week, and week six will be a deload.

We will track how heavy we have to go in the program based on the prescribed RPE in the movement descriptions.
